I've use and loved this product for years because it was sticky and made my thin hair appear much thicker. However, this bottle was either watered down or the formula has changed. I wanted a softer hairspray than my usual Paul Mitchell firm hold but with my hair, this is just too soft. I think it would be good for some people with different texture hair. The smell is light and not overpowering. I still don’t know why more companies don’t make non-scented hairsprays.
