Return Policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Please inspect your purchase on arrival; claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. The window below applies to all other returns.

All windows are calculated from the original ship date shown on your shipping-confirmation email.
How to Start a Return
Contact our Customer Service team at CustomerService@BeautyCareChoices.com or (866) 409-7227. We will provide a return authorization number and step-by-step instructions. Returns sent back without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.

Who Pays Return Shipping
- If we made an error (wrong item, defective on arrival, etc.), we cover return shipping. Contact Customer Service immediately so we can email you a prepaid label.
- If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service; we cannot refund items we do not receive.
Refunds
- Timing: Refunds are issued within two to three (2–3) business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to post to your account.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you specifically request it.
- If you received free gifts, discounts, or free shipping based on your order total, the value of those items may be deducted from your refund if the return brings the order below the threshold.
Items We Cannot Accept
- Products that are empty, altered, or not in their original packaging.
- Products not purchased from Beauty Care Choices.
- Discontinued items (all sales final).
- Returns received outside our 30-day return window.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to:
- Returns received between 31 and 30 days from the ship date.
- Returns valued at $100 or more.
- Used cosmetics.
No Exchanges
To keep things simple and accurate, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, shade, or product, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the replacement. This lets us refund the original item promptly and ensures the replacement is in stock.
Electronic Equipment (Flat Irons, Hair Dryers, Curling Irons)
Electronic equipment may be returned within our 30-day window subject to the tier structure above. Defective electronics returned outside the 30-day window may be eligible for repair or replacement directly with the manufacturer; please see the warranty information included with the product. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or your state's law, and any written manufacturer warranty included with the product remains in effect according to its own terms.
Returns from Canada
Customers in Canada may return eligible items under the same tier structure and conditions above. Please note:
- Return shipping from Canada is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
- Use a trackable carrier; mark the package clearly as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration so you are not re-charged duties on the return shipment.
- We can refund the product price and any taxes we collected at our checkout, but we cannot refund duties, taxes, or customs handling fees that you paid to Canada Post on the original delivery; please consult the Canada Revenue Agency or Canada Post directly about recovering those amounts.
Good Faith and Pattern Abuse
This policy is intended for customers making good-faith returns. We may decline future returns, limit orders, or close an account where we observe a pattern of abuse — for example, repeatedly returning a large share of orders, returning items that have been heavily used, returning empty containers, returning items not purchased from Beauty Care Choices, attempting to return items beyond the return window after we have already declined the return, or returning items obtained through promotions inconsistent with the promotion's terms. We will provide notice when we make a decision that affects your future returns.
