US Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $59 USD or more. For orders under $59 USD, the following flat-rate shipping options are available:

  • Standard US shipping (UPS or USPS): $7.95 USD
  • USPS Priority (1–3 business days): $9.95 USD
  • UPS Ground (2–7 business days): $10.95 USD
    (Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories)
  • UPS 2-Day (2 business days): $11.95 USD
    (Available on in-stock-only orders; not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Additional restrictions may apply.)

  • Most orders ship the same business day and arrive within 4 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Standard shipping may use USPS Ground Advantage (3–7 business days), USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days), or UPS Ground (2–7 business days).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are approximate and begin once your order has shipped.
  • All delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday) only. Weekends and holidays are not counted.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
  • 2-Day and Priority services deliver on business days only.
    Example: an order placed Friday by 2 PM PST with 2-Day shipping will be delivered by Tuesday, not Sunday.
  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages for faster delivery.

Delivery Estimates

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 2–7 business days (may take up to 9 days)
  • UPS 2-Day: 2 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, U.S. territories: 6–8 business days

Order Processing and Backorders

If one or more items in your order cannot ship within four (4) business days, we will notify you by email. You will not be charged for any item that has not shipped. For items we expect to receive within seven (7) business days, we may hold them and ship as a second shipment at no additional cost to you. If you would prefer not to wait, reply to the backorder notification (or contact Customer Service) to cancel the backordered portion of your order for a full refund of those items. If a backordered item drops your order below the free-shipping threshold of $59 USD, you will still receive free shipping on the original order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your shipment carefully on arrival. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within five (5) days of delivery so we can document the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and any building manager, and review the carrier's posted delivery details. If the package still cannot be located, contact Customer Service so we can begin tracing with the carrier. In some cases, a carrier-side lost-package claim is required before we can issue a replacement or refund. For more detail on the lost-package process, see Orders — Questions and Answers.

PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Because these destinations are served only by USPS, UPS-only services (UPS Ground and UPS 2-Day) are not available; orders to these addresses ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Some products that cannot be shipped by air (for example, aerosol or pressurized cans) may not be eligible for shipment to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and we will notify you if any item in your order is restricted.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada via ePostGlobal, with final-mile delivery handled by Canada Post. Rates begin at $9.95 USD and vary by weight.

  • Delivery typically takes 10–17 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Tracking is provided via ePostGlobal and continues with Canada Post once the package crosses the border.

Duties and taxes. Customers in Canada are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees imposed by Canadian customs. Many beauty and personal-care products of U.S. origin are eligible for duty-free treatment under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA); however, Canada's federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any applicable provincial Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST), or Provincial Sales Tax (PST) typically apply. Canada Post generally collects any duties, taxes, and a customs handling fee from the recipient at the time of delivery. These charges are set and collected by Canada Post and Canadian customs; they are not included in the shipping fee paid at our checkout, and we do not control them.
