I use the product every time I wash my hair. I leave on the required time, 8 seconds. When using this product, no need for cream rinse. People always comment on my white hair saying it shines beautifully! They ask me what I use, I tell them. This is the best product ever!

After cleansing, remove excess water, apply product directly to hair from mid-length to ends. Apply 10ml-20ml (see dose markers on side of bottle) depending on density and length of hair. Leave on for 8 seconds and rinse thoroughly.
