I am a consumer and have been using this product for about two weeks. My hair feels like straw after using the Zenegan Revolve shampoo. I have had to use a good amount of this conditioner to soften the straw like texture. After using the conditioner and after styling my hair, it is frizzy and dull looking. I didn't notice any thickening of the hair shaft. I will continue to use this until the tube is empty.
