Return Policy
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. We accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date for any reason. Additional Details:
- We accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date for any reason. Returns older than 60 days we cannot accept.
- If we error, we will pay for Return Shipping and Handling. Contact Customer service immediately.
- If you error, you will be responsible for the Return Shipping and Handling.
- We cannot accept returns of products that are empty, altered, not purchased from Beauty Care Choices or not in original packaging.
- All sales final on discontinued items.
- If you received free gifts, discounts or free shipping based on your purchase amount those item values will be deducted from your return amount.
- If returns become excessive, we reserve the right to refuse to do business.
- Returns of Electronic Equipment (Flat Irons, Hair Dryers and Curling Irons) may be returned within our 30-day return policy. Defective electronic equipment may be returned to the manufacturer if beyond our 30-day return policy. For repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion, please see the warranty information included in the packaging of the product.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the following:
- Returns after our 30 day return policy
- Returns that are valued at $100 or more
- Used cosmetics
