I have been using Scruples ER Emergency Repair Conditioner for years. I use it 2 to 3 times a week to give my hair and scalp a deep conditioning. It is so gentle and moisturizing; leaves my hair healthy and my scalp moisturized. It also has a nice light scent. I have dermatitis and it is difficult to find a shampoo and conditioner that does NOT leave your scalp dry and flaky. This conditioner works for me.

Shampoo hair with Structure Bath Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
Apply ER to clean, damp hair and massage from scalp to ends.
For deep conditioning, leave on hair 3-5 minutes.
For intensive care, place under a preheated dryer for 10-15 minutes or diffuse into hair with a blow dryer.
