This has helped my hair grow, because there is less and less of it falling out when I comb it now. I realize this is expensive, but, a little goes a LONG way, and it's worth every penny. The Middle Easterner's sure know how to take care of their hair, and this product is proof. Use this weekly, after shampooing and cream rinsing. Place this all over your damp hair, wrap in a bag or plastic cap, put some heat on it for about 30 minutes, and then rinse out. Use your favorite leave-in's and heat protectant's, etc., and style as usual. YOU WILL LOVE YOU HAIR! Your hair will love you, too. Highly recommend!

Using palms and fingertips, massage a generous amount throughout damp hair. Leave in for 2 to 5 minutes with or without heat. Rinse. Use daily or weekly.
