It can be applied with a brush or a sponge for touch-up's throughout the day and also be used wet or dry. If you are using a buffing brush, very gently work all the Minerals into the brush and apply evenly and lightly in a small circular motion all over the face by beginning at the center while working your way out; equally in all directions. Repeat as often as necessary to obtain the desired amount of coverage.
