My hairdresser gave me samples she received. I hadn't used this Chi product before. Where have you been?? It is the best! I brush my hair out before shampooing (try to) and I can feel it beginning to curl before I'm through. The curls are soft, not course or frizzy. It has a light fragrance, not overwhelming, that I like. Really, best shampoo I've ever used.
