  • Apply the Chella Highlighter Pencil along the arch under your eyebrow as well as just above the arch to the tail area.
  • Blend the highlighter below the eyebrow downwards towards the eyelid using a Dual Blending Brush
  • Blend the highlighter above the arch down toward the tail of the eyebrow.
