Highlighter Pencil
I love this highlighter pencil. It is so creamy to apply, blends flawlessly, and sharpens well! Normally with the silky application and it is a pencil they gum up or just don't sharpen like you would hope but not this one. That's what I was most impressed with was that I will actually get to use the entire pencil!

  • Apply the Chella Highlighter Pencil along the arch under your eyebrow as well as just above the arch to tail area.
  • Blend the highlighter below the eyebrow downwards towards the eyelid using the Chella Dual Blending Brush
  • Blend the highlighter above the arch down toward the tail of the eyebrow.
