    I am a consumer and this is the first time that I have used the product. The shampoo lathers well and doesn't sting even while I leave on my scalp for 5 minutes. I have an auto-immune disease and my once lovely hair keeps falling out. I am hoping that the use of this product will help to reduce the thinning.
