Heating directions: Turn on the flat iron, turn to the desired temperature, the light will turn solid red indicating it is heating up, once it is up to temperature the red light will begin to blink. If then switching to a lower temperature, the red light will turn off until it is at the correct temperature then once again will begin blinking letting you know it is ready to use. If turning iron up to a higher temperature, the light will turn solid red once again till it is to the correct temperature and then blink indicating it is ready for use again.

This has got to be one of the best Straightners I have ever owned!!!!!!! It makes my hair so soft.And with other straightners you have to go over your hair a few times and with this straightner I only have to go go over my hair once!!!!!If you don't own this straightner then you really need to go out and buy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!â¤ï¸Love it!!!Best money I've ever spent on a hair straightener'

Heating directions: Flip switch to ON position to turn on the flat iron. Twist dial to point the red indicator dot to the desired temperature. The light will illuminate solid red indicating the Salon Tech Titanium 450 Professional Iron is heating up. Once the iron is up to temperature, the red light will begin to blink.

Lowering the Temperature: If you switch the iron to a lower temperature, the red light will turn off. The light will illuminate again once it is at the correct temperature and begin blinking.

Raising the Temperature: If you are turning the iron up to a higher temperature, the light will illuminate solid red. Once the iron is to the correct temperature the light will blink indicating it is ready for use again.
