Begin with a nickel-size amount of shampoo. Gently massage through wet hair and scalp with fingertips and distribute through hair with outstretched fingers. Be careful to never bunch or scrub hair together while shampooing as this roughens the cuticle and causes weakened, frizzy hair. Rinse with warm water and follow with Curl Quencher Conditioner. NOTE: Shampooing every day is not necessary. Shampooing less often allows your natural oils to lubricate and protect your hair.
