I've used this product for about a year and am very happy with it. It's applied right after washing it. Once it's styled, it stays nice and full until it's washed out.
There is one caveat to this product. With this product, once I style and dry my hair, I do not attempt to get a comb through it or even brush it out. The stuff needs to be washed out. I have lots of fine hair and my hair will break with this stuff dried in it. That's been true will all products similar to this.

I have been using the thickening cream for about 7 months, & I'm very pleased with it. I have just now purchased my second bottle so it lasts a long time. If it has a smell, it must be "clean" as I don't notice it. My hair does look fuller after blow drying, but doesn't stay that way all day. I have brown, thin, fine, straight hair. I also use the root volumizer, but no mousse.
