I use this product after every shampoo. I have very fine, short hair and it gives it just the right amount of body. It is not sticky. A lot goes a long way.

I think it was about a year ago when my hairdresser used this on my hair. She did this gorgeous up-do for a party I had and it stayed all night long. My hair wasn't too shiny or did it ever flake. Ever since that night this product is a critical staple for my beauty routine.
