I love these whitening masks! I work from home so they are super simple for me to just put on and go about my day! They take a little getting used to, but I love how white my teeth are becoming and that they help build enamel!

Make sure hands are clean and dry then peel open the sachet and remove the mask

Lick teeth then align the top edge of the mask with the gum line (avoid placing directly on gums). Gently press the strip to adhere it to your teeth. Fold excess behind teeth

Sit back and relax as the mask dissolves (only takes a few seconds). Avoid eating or drinking for at least 15 minutes. If any residue is left behind after 15 minutes, you can brush it off and continue eating and drinking normally
