I have used this shampoo for about two years, and I find it is best for my particular hair. I am thin on top and wear it short. I will continue to use it for the future since my son worked at Paul Brown Salon in Honolulu and introduced me to the product.

Apply a small amount to wet hair. Massage gently into hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly and repeat using a smaller amount of shampoo if necessary.
