Shake the can REALLY well! Otherwise the product comes out heavy and milky. It needs to be FLUFFY and AIRY. Spray into your palm, Apply on damp hair which means it's about 60% dry from roots to ends, Blow dry and style as desired,for a voluminous look, blow dry with round brush pulling away from the root to achieve a fuller look, for tousled tresses leave in hair and let air dry.
